No bike shop hacks making judgements and trying to sell you a bike that doesn’t fulfil your genuine needs. Like buying a tailored-suit, we start with the measurements and choose the components for a completely bespoke build.
From fit to bike, we cover all the bases and leave the fun part to you - riding! We start with an in-person (or phone/video chat, whichever suits you) consultation to ascertain exactly what sort of bike you’re looking for based on the riding you do, so we can sit down and look at the myriad options - and there are many.
We’re not affiliated with a specific brand so we won’t push something on you and try to make it fit like a regular bike shop that only stocks certain bikes. You can be rest-assured that when you ride away, you won’t regret it after a few hours in the saddle.

A beautiful bike is pointless if you can’t ride it without developing back problems and other injuries. Bike fit is one of the most important aspects of creating a custom bike and it’s the first step to building your ultimate ride. We’re lucky to be associated with Foundation Bike Fit for exactly this purpose.

It’s a minefield out there. So many groupsets and fishing kits to choose from and compatibility issues to overcome. We take the guesswork out of the equation by doing the time-consuming research so you don’t have to. And we’re always available to talk about the technical side.

Once we’ve decided on what goes on the bike we build it up to the highest standard and it’s ready to ride off. You can even take it round the outdoor Velopark circuit so we can make sure the setup is perfect.
‘Off the shelf’ bikes don’t suit everybody (in fact there are countless people out there riding the wrong size or wrong geometry for them) particularly if you don’t already know what you’re looking for so we can consult with you and put together a package that’ll save you from making an expensive mistake (we know how that feels because we've made them in the past - so now you don’t have to)!
From an initial consultation to an extensive bike fitting session with the experts at Foundation Fit, we can spec a ride that ticks ALL your boxes, order the parts and build it for you. Non-standard crank length, bar width, saddle? No problem, building a custom bike from the ground up means you’re not paying for components that you’ll inevitably want to replace with something else.

We’re not married to a particular brand so the decision is ultimately yours but you’ll come out of our consultation with a shortlist to think about.
